Rules:

1.) No purchase or payment necessary to enter the "Win a Free R.S.T. Contest".

2.) The "Win a Free R.S.T. Contest" started on 01/24/00 and ends on 03/19/00. NOW EXTENDED TILL JULY 31st, 2000

3.) Only one entry shall be accepted per person per month. For your entry to be valid, you must answer all questions on the entry form correctly. Entry subject to verification by Ultra-X staff.

4.) Winner will be determined by a random drawing, to be held on 02/14/00 and every following Monday until JULY 31st, 2000, from all eligible entries received for the contest term. Winner will be awarded the prize specified on our main page.

5.) All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail within 5 days of the drawing. Winner will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize. The "Win a Free R.S.T. Contest" is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

6.) All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize.

7.) By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases where required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8.) The "Win a Free R.S.T. Contest" shall not be responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this sweepstakes, or receipt and/or use of prize. Prizes are awarded on the condition that The "Win a Free R.S.T. Contest" will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance and/or possession of the prizes.

9.) By participating in the "Win a Free R.S.T. Contest" run by Ultra-X, Inc., each participant agrees to the terms set forth within the above stated rules and regulations.

10.) Your privacy is maintained within our contest. You will only recieve emails from Ultra-X, Inc. Representatives. Non-winners may qualify for discounts and special promotions.
